Following problems will not be regarded as our SGT problems when complaints occur:
1. Mechanical damage during installation and use by the customer (such as direct horizontal extraction from the black paper, collision during use, etc.), scratches on the surface of the drum core and damage caused by abnormal use.
2.Long-term strong light exposure during the storage of goods. Also, OPC are also not suggested to be stored in environment with high and low temperature and humidity.
3.Use chemical reagents to wipe the surface of the OPC drum, causing contamination of the OPC surface, etc..
4. Not our company’s products. And if some goods are not purchased directly from us, we will not be responsible for the complaint handling.
5.Some customers purchase our tube only and assemble the gear by themselves. The problems caused by this will not be considered as our quality problems.

7.Surface cracking or poor printing caused by other accessories contamination.
