Following problems will not be regarded as our SGT problems when complaints occur:
1. Mechanical damage during installation and use by the customer (such as direct horizontal extraction from the black paper, collision during use, etc.), scratches on the surface of the drum core and damage caused by abnormal use.
2.Long-term strong light exposure during the storage of goods. Also, OPC are also not suggested to be stored in environment with high and low temperature and humidity.
3.Use chemical reagents to wipe the surface of the OPC drum, causing contamination of the OPC surface, etc..
4. Not our company’s products. And if some goods are not purchased directly from us, we will not be responsible for the complaint handling.
5.Some customers purchase our tube only and assemble the gear by themselves. The problems caused by this will not be considered as our quality problems.
6.Poor printing results due to mismatch of accessories and toner. And replacing the cartridge parts too frequently will also cause some problems.
7.Surface cracking or poor printing caused by other accessories contamination.
8.OPC damage caused by machine failure.
9.Others which are not regarded as our problems by our quality control department.
How to provide the best matching solution
✔ OPC and toner are the two most important components in toner cartridge. Our OPC is perfectly compatible with commonly toners on the market.
✔ In order to provide a better matching solution, we have also established our own toner factory in recent years.
✔ We develop and produce Samsung universal toner called LT-220-16 independently, which has been widely accepted and praised by the market.
✔ Through continuous integration of resources, we strive to provide customers with the best matching solution. On the one hand, customers can save more time and efforts; on the other hand, procurement cost is greatly saved. We can truly achieve the purpose of win-win.
