5.Some customers purchase our tube only and assemble the gear by themselves. The problems caused by this will not be considered as our quality problems.

6.Poor printing results due to mismatch of accessories and toner. And replacing the cartridge parts too frequently will also cause some problems.

7.Surface cracking or poor printing caused by other accessories contamination.

8.OPC damage caused by machine failure.

9.Others which are not regarded as our problems by our quality control department.
